How to ensure the Skype for Business app is up to date on Apple iPhone or iPad

1.    Open the Apple App Store

2.    Search for Skype for Business (Make sure it is not the standard “Skype” app)

3.    Check that the App Store shows “Open” as an option instead of “Update”

4.    If there is an “Update” option then click that and update the app.
