Views:

1.    Open Settings app, choose Notifications

2.    Choose Business (with Skype for Business Icon) next to it

3.    Check that at a minimum “Allow Notifications”, “Sounds” and “Show On Lock Screen” are turned on. Recommend “Show in Notification Centre” and “Badge App Icon” are also turned on
